Mostly Americans and might as well stay in States on Vacay compared to the other beach towns. Thinking this Spring to do Nosara and Samara area. We did stay in Jaco one night on 1st trip. Lots of sketchy people out at night and didn’t feel safe like the other small towns we visited that week (Manuel Ant, Uvita and Domenical).
